At RCAST.NET we aim to provide reliable and high-quality radio streaming services. If a problem arises, our team will always try to resolve it first. When no other reasonable solution can be found, refunds may be granted according to this policy.
When Refunds Apply
Refunds are available in the following cases:
- RCAST.NET fails to deliver the purchased hosting service.
- The client is not satisfied and requests a refund within 7 days of service activation.
Refund Calculation
Refunds are issued on a pro-rated basis, minus a 10% processing fee. Example: If your monthly plan is $30 and you cancel with 10 days left, the calculation is:
($30 / 30 days) * 10 days = $10.00 Processing fee (10%) = $1.00 Refund issued = $9.00
For usage-based plans (transfer/disk space), costs already incurred will be deducted before a refund is issued. Note: All calculations are based on a 30-day month for consistency.
How to Request a Refund
- Log into your Client Area and go to "My Services".
- Click "Cancel" next to the service you want to stop.
- Open a support ticket to request your refund. (The support ticket is your official proof of request.)
- Our team will process your refund request within 7 working days.
Important Conditions
- If you forget to cancel before the renewal date, charges apply until cancellation is properly submitted via support ticket.
- Not using the service does not qualify for a refund unless there was a technical fault under RCAST.NET's responsibility.
- Overpayments (e.g., forgetting to cancel a PayPal subscription) will be refunded in full.
- Credit given for downtime or service interruptions cannot be exchanged for cash value.
