By using RCAST.NET ("Service"), you agree to the following Terms of Service. RCAST.NET provides hosting for SHOUTcast/Icecast servers and related streaming services. These Terms ensure fair use, legal compliance, and protection for both parties.

1. Account Terms

1. You must be at least 18 years old to register an account.
2. You must provide accurate contact details (full name, valid email, billing information).
3. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
4. You are fully responsible for all content streamed through your server.
5. Illegal content, hate speech, adult content, or copyrighted material without license is strictly prohibited.
6. Free accounts may have usage limits and may display ads.

2. Service Usage

1. Our servers are provided "as is" and "as available". We make reasonable efforts to ensure uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
2. Excessive bandwidth or abusive use (DDoS attacks, spam, automated connections) may result in suspension.
3. You must comply with all applicable broadcasting and copyright laws in your country.
4. You are responsible for obtaining all required broadcasting and music licenses (e.g., ASCAP, BMI, PRS, SoundExchange, or local equivalents).
5. RCAST.NET does not provide legal cover or licensing for copyrighted works.

3. Payments and Refunds

1. Services are billed in advance (monthly, quarterly, or annually, depending on plan).
2. Refunds are available within 7 days of signup for hosting/streaming services only.
3. Domains, SSL certificates, IP addresses, and management services are non-refundable.
4. Bitcoin or crypto payments cannot be refunded, only credited to account balance.
5. Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate suspension of your account.

4. Content and Copyright

1. You retain full ownership of the content you stream.
2. By streaming publicly, you grant listeners the right to access your content.
3. Unauthorized rebroadcasting of copyrighted material is forbidden.
4. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that stream illegal or infringing content.

5. Technical Support

Support is provided via email or ticket system. Free accounts may have limited support. Paid customers receive priority technical assistance.

6. Modifications to Service

RCAST.NET may update or discontinue features, pricing, or plans at any time. Changes will be announced on the website or by email at least 30 days in advance for billing-related updates.

7. Liability

1. RCAST.NET is not responsible for content broadcasted by clients.
2. We are not liable for loss of data, interruptions, or damages resulting from the use of our services.
3. We do not guarantee listener counts, monetization, or audience growth.

8. Termination

1. We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms without notice.
2. You may cancel your service at any time through your client portal.
3. No refunds are issued for unused billing periods after the refund window.

9. General Conditions

1. You may not use the service for illegal, abusive, or fraudulent activities.
2. Accounts engaged in DDoS, spam, or malicious streaming will be terminated immediately.
3. Use of the Service implies acceptance of these Terms in full.
